John Lennon Sketches (Erotic Art Museum)

We actually stumbled across this art gallery accidentally whilst looking for one of Amsterdam's main attractions (I'm sure you can figure out what for yourself - ha!) but in the end I'm extremely glad we did. It was home to a variety of erotic artworks, including quite a few original sketches by John Lennon himself! They were my favourites of this exhibition - and not just because of who they were drawn by! The simplicity of them caught my eye first - they seemed to have been drawn quickly without too much planning, capturing that precise moment in his life and it was this fact alone that I fell in love with them. I aim to make some small, quick sketches in a similar style. As for the poses, I'm not too sure, but you never know!
