'Sunderland Then and Now' was an exhibition I attended at the Winter Gardens museum in Sunderland. The exhibition was exactly what the title suggests; paintings of Sunderland many years ago against photographs of what it looks like today. It was so interesting to see the comparison between the two, and would recommend it to anyone who is interested, or even has some time to kill. After all, it was free!
